About Stephanie Sandler

Stephanie A. Sandler is an associate attorney in the San Diego office of Hogue & Belong. Ms. Sandler’s practice includes areas of Employment, Class Action, and Personal Injury, with an emphasis in areas of sexual harassment and sexual assault.

A zealous advocate, Ms. Sandler has represented Plaintiffs in numerous cases involving wage and hour, sexual harassment, race discrimination, gender discrimination, age discrimination, and sexual assault. With a passion for writing, she has drafted numerous winning motions in both San Diego Superior Court and the Southern District of California. Ms. Sandler has also advocated for employees before the California Labor Commissioner and the California Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board. Prior to joining Hogue & Belong, Ms. Sandler worked at other local law firms specializing in employment and sexual assault litigation.

While attending the University of San Diego School of Law, Ms. Sandler served as President of the Jewish Law Students Association. Her dedication to community continues, and she currently serves on the San Diego County Bar Association’s New Lawyers Forum Executive Committee and the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego New Lawyers Division Executive Committee.

An accomplished writer, Ms. Sandler has been published in the American Association for Justice’s Trial Magazine.

Ms. Sandler received her undergraduate and graduate degrees from San Diego State University, and her law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law.
