For over 20 years Sonia Montalbano has counseled individuals and companies of all sizes in the areas of employment and business law, with an emphasis on litigation in both state and federal courts. Having represented both employers and employees, she understands the thought process of all sides in a matter, allowing her to provide practical and effective solutions, and to avoid unnecessary and unwanted complications. She has also litigated and testified as an expert witness on the issue of attorney fees in fee disputes and served as an arbitrator in numerous cases.
