Before starting this firm, Ms. Liang worked for international companies as in house counsel, where she advise management on a broad range of matters and translate their visions into legal strategies. She has also plays as key member to ensure all aspects of operation as public traded company in compliance of SEC law. Ms. Liang is a graduate of HUSST (B.A.,1990) and Utah State University in 2001.
